After years of pain and wearing special shoe inserts, I am now pain free and can even wear flip flops 😊I have a strange condition where my toe joint, where it bends to meet my foot, is round but for some reason the bone is square. As we you can’t put a square peg in a round hole. Because of that IO could only wear shoes where stayed flat while walking or put a rigid insert in other shoes.
