Arnica is a plant that is beneficial for soothing aches, sore muscles, and bruises caused by injuring yourself or overexertion. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before applying topically.
White Willow is a plant that is said to have anti-inflammatory and gradual pain relief properties. These properties come from the salicin contained in the plant; salicin is a chemical that has a very similar composition to aspirin.
Saint John’s Wort is a plant that contains antibacterial properties. When applied topically it is said to help alleviate symptoms related to skin irritation or minor wounds.
